HEy guys, I'm trying to fill a gap between two of my balls. I have Raw Hammer Acid drill 4 1/2" my pap with 4000 and polish, and a Bash drilled 12 o clock polished. I bowl in an old wood house, and sometimes the Acid is to much, than I drop to the bash, and Its not enough..

Do you guys have any reccomendations on a ball that would be inbetweem.. Drilling, Suface, ideas would be appreciated.

I also need something that will be smooth off friction. THe wet dry gets the ball to jump hard off the spot..

id say take a look at a Lunatic, from what i have seen around my house its very smooth and doesnt overreact off of the dry even in the hands of higher rev guys

Ah, i forgot one. Also take into consideration the Onyx Vibe, another very good ball.

If you go with the Lunatic you could throw some polish on it if it is still a little too strong as what i have seen is it will go longer but will stay smooth and not jump.

The Onyx is a great smooth reacting ball. It's no wonder that it has been on TV as much as any other ball out there recently.

If you're looking at Ebonite, try either the Boom, if you'd like a ball with more backend, or a Smash, if you'd like a more even reacting ball. Both will be a step up from the Bash. Seeing that you're in an old wood house, I think the length of the Boom might be better.

Wouldn't the Onyx be too close to the Acid, as a step down?

The Boom would do the trick if you want to stay with Ebonite. Very uderrated ball. Strong and smooth. The Onyx with it''s lower RG may be alittle to close to your polished Acid.
