I tried to contact Ebonite with question. Their website does not have a phone number for them. Their web inquiry system did not work. Got an answer machine on the district sale representative's phone. I guess they don't want anyone to contact them with product questions.

Web inquiry works great. I sent a question late last night, and got a reply this morning!!

The last time I contacted them, it took 4 days and I had a very detailed answer, maybe they are swamped ? Maybe ?

I've never had a problem either. They were pretty fast to respond the last time I emailed them.
Why don't you try to post the question here and see if one of us can answer it for you. Or we may be able to forward it to someone that can give you a quick response.
