What is the weakest ball that will be available to try?  I'm looking for something when the lanes get fried! 

I have been to quite a few of these and they dont ever have anything low end.  They usually always take the newest stuff on the high end from the 4 companies.  I think the weakest ball I have ever seen is a 5 series ball from Track.  You wont see a Cyclone, Freeze, 3 series ball, or something like a Vibe. These demos are not really for the low end stuff.  As you see, the Enigma, 714C, Exceed, and First Blood are the 4 main balls they will have in attendance to test drive. 

Personally, I would like to see them do a bigger demo with a wider variety of strengths from high end stuff to lower end stuff.  However, I am not sure with the busy schedules of the people doing the demos that they have the time to do something of that magnitude.
