I would use a strong ball cleaner and start with a 500 pad, then go to a 1000 pad and finish with a 2000 pad...

When I went to the release demo I asked the question awhile back. I was told in the powerhouse machine...

- 30 seconds at 500 ab
- 30 seconds at 1000 ab
- 30 seconds at 2000 ab

That's it...
