Do you need a spinner to apply the product?

From the product description on Buddies site (click the link in Bill's post):

"The process of treating a ball is simple. The ball is placed in a specially-designed treatment chamber, the Hook Againâ„¢ compound is added for 24 hours. The ball is then removed and wiped off. It is then ready for renewed life."

You don't spread the stuff on the ball and rub it in, you place the ball in the supplied chamber and add the stuff to the chamber.  No spinner required.
