which of the two is more of an oil ball?

Both are excellent oil balls (from what I've read-and seen).  The UI may be slightly better out of the box because of it's 800-grit finish compared to the killer instinct's 1000-grit finish.  I haven't had any ebonite equipment so I'm not completely sure :|
