Looking for a medium oil ball..
« on: January 04, 2006, 11:21:49 AM »
Hello everyone, i am new to the site but have browsed and seen your good advice, i'm interested in a medium ball with good midlane hook for a bowler with slower to moderate ball speed, medium rotation, and good technique, i will use this as my primary ball in a league and school bowling, i'm looking for something durable that with good care can last a while and that has good hook but not outrageous thank you all if you reply

V2 Power, Big Time Peral or OverTime.

I too, would suggest you lean towards the V2 line.  Maybe not the Sweet as its pearlized.  However, if you have drier lanes the Sweet would be good. Otherwise go with one of the dull finish V2s.

thanks for the info, i'm going to talk to the pro shop owner tuesday night and i'm going to see about a V2 line ball, not sure its between the sweet and the power not sure depends, the shop is connected with the lanes i bowl on so see after talking what the plans are seems though its more on the heavier side so i might go for the power over the sweet but i'll repost after i get my new ball, thanks for the help guys its appreciated
