Anyone remember the clear bowling pin ball?
« on: April 29, 2007, 12:31:31 AM »
I have been looking all over to find some info out on this ball. I know its not made anymore but it was made by ebonite and was clear and had a small bowling pin inside of it.. Just wondering if anyone would know when these where made and if they are rare or not.. Any help would be appreciated..

I was almost positive that it was made by Ebonite but I don't see it on the antique list on their website...

I had one and I gave it away! If you really want it, I know the guy I gave it too  may sell it. Its 14 pounds with white grips. He has only bowled with it twice. I never used it after I drilled it. It may have 10 games on it at the most.

I would guess it being from the late 90s from Ebonite themselves. It was right after they started making their clear balls truly clear with the clear Werewolves (the first clear ball, the Clear Wolf had a yellowish tint to them)

On a side note, they made one that was very similar excet they had mini Budweiser looking bottles in them.

It was only sold at Sports Authority and made in Korea for Ebonite.
