Cyclone Pro models......
« on: January 08, 2013, 03:03:01 PM »
Not sure if you guys are aware but there are some overseas Cyclones available with different cover options wrapped around the Cyclone core. Here is a link to our company website:

As I said there are two, one is Yellow/Red and it has the Cyclone core with the Cover off the Pursuit series balls, the other is the Black/Silver, which has the Cyclone core wrapped with the cover GTIII off the Jet Black Taboo.

The latter intrigued me for the fact that you dont see many cross brand balls like this where a core from one brand and cover from another are used.

I drilled a Black and Silver last night, 4 1/2" pin to pap, and can tell you that it is super clean and very aggressive off the spot, especially off friction. Compared to a regular Cyclone the Blk/Silver was overall about the same strength but definitely a more pronounced move on the back, very aggressive actually, and got thru the heads super clean. And this was after a league session...overall again for one night of practice I really like what I see!

I like the look of the black/silver but opted for the 2012 Boss. I have a feeling the covers are crossed often by the brands at EBI they just have different names from each manufacture so it is still seen as four different companies.
