Powerhouse hook agian With Ball Chamber

How does this stuff work. Do you mix the dry compound with
anything or just add dry compound to chamber.

Put ball in chamber and add compound evenly between ball and inner wall of chamber. Use tape to prevent compound sticking in holes.
