Title: Predator Limited Edition
Post by: towrofstgh on June 16, 2003, 05:07:36 PM
Does anyone have information in regards to specs on the new Predator Limited
Edition Ball.  The ball I'm referring to is purple sheen in color and I believe
it's a particle ball due to the "glitter" I see on the ball.  The place that I
purchased it from only had 5 and was specifically told not to tell anyone where
I got it.  Thanks very much in advance.

Exact same specs as the Jungle Green, just a different color for the pro-am, I have heard some good things about the Purple Predator.

You are correct the Purple Jungle Predator is the same ball as the green one. It was made for a Pro-Am at Boardwalk in Orlando, Florida.

Thank you for all the information.  I threw about 8 games with it so far and I have it drilled for maximum hook stacked.  It has a really nice, even arc.  The arc, however, covers a good amount of boards (I throw around 17-18 and it skids out to 4-5 before hooking into 20 (1-2 pocket for me).  It's really an excellent ball.  The reaction is much like my AZO Little Boy because it reacts brilliant on medium-medium heavy oil, but skids like crazy on very oily dressings.
