Need a bit more information.

What is your span.
What is your axis (horizontal and verticle).
What does not quite a tweener mean.  Closer to a tweener or closer to a stroker.

The One is the type of ball that you need to know your axis point to get the most out of the ball.  You want an experienced driller to map out this ball for you.  Do you want an arc-ing action or more snappy action?  Fortunately the coverstock on this ball is very versital.
