Smash Time Solid Particle results are in

Okay I expected this ball to hook but holy god!!!! I didnt expect this kind of hook. My heavy oiler Scorchin Inferno looked like a straight ball compared to this thing!!! I have high speed 17.5 MPH, cranker rated Revs, 45* tilt. Ball is in OOB condition and have no intentions to change the surface as this ball will be awesome on the pba patterns this summer. Tonight I started playing 30-8 and it was making a very hard turn to the left back to the pocket. Keep in mind, since about the half way mark of the leauge season the house owner decided that the walled shot must go and so it did. If you get the ball to the 5 board you better have placed the ball on the 20th board. Anyway, this ball is I think the most hook ive seen in a ball for the price in a long time.

Im shocked at what I saw tonight. The ball is so aggressive that its a great ball to start the night with but once the oil starts breaking down in the 2nd game, time to put it away. Ebonite has something extremely under rated here.

This ball plus the Smash Time Pearl would probably be an awesome 1-2 punch.

Yeah, I saw a "power fluffer" throwing one in league last week and he even made it look good. Instead of leaving his usual 8-10's, 5-7's, and marshmellow shots he was leaving solid 8's and 9's when he wasnt throwing strikes. Looked really good on him and I know he has NEVER played that part of the lane before.

I was surprised at how strong this ball was...Ebonite definitely has this ball underrated!

Yeah, thanks ebonite.  I bought one of these, based on their ratings and comparisons to other balls in their lineup.

  I used this ball for about 1/2 game, then sold it to a guy who does NOTHING to the ball.  I couldn't even get this ball to the pins, much less the pocket.

  I would NEVER see enough oil to use this thing on.  Had great charachteristics, just WAY too much cover for me.

This is the reason why I'm not too upset about it. I got it with inserts drilled for $105. I was eventually going to replace my Scorchin Inferno for heavy oil, this more then satisfies that spot.

How I managed to get this deal;

Last week, Jim measured one of our youth bowlers for a new ball. Instead of asking which hand they bowl with he measures the girls right hand. 45 minutes later he walks out to test fit the span and she puts her left hand in the ball, hes like wait i thought you were a righty!? This is how I got the ball how i did. Great deal and I really cant complain about it at all.
