You're thinking of the Tidal Wave Wipeout SPARKLE.  I want the 3rd in the series of 4 balls which were:

Ebonite Wave
Ebonite Tidal Wave
Ebonite Tidal Wave Wipeout <-------The one I want.
Ebonite Tidal Wave Wipeout Sparkle

Besides that, I'm not sure what your point is about worrying about what I want to pay for?  I have shot multiple 600+ series with the Ebonite Tidal Wave and it's almost 10 years old.

Thanks for the bump..

You're not making any sense in what you say.  First, you say you're not worried about what I do with my money....THEN, you completely shoot yourself in the foot by making your 'opinion' that i'm wasting my money.  So, don't get too hypocritical here..

I shot your high-series in your profile with one of the 10+ year old balls that supposedly just 'roll straight' as you say just a couple of weeks ago on newer conditions.  I just don't understand you basing your opinions on stuff you have NO idea about.

Again, thanks for the bump..

My Tidalwave came right off the PWBA tour, has the durameter mark on it.   Plus we know where it came from.  That ball performs steadily no matter if you dull it up or polish it.  I've used it in both conditions and its still doing its stuff and predictable.  If my center didn't put out over 80 units of oil in the middle of the lane and not much less on the outside, I'd still be using it.

My Tidalwave Wipeout still outhooks most of my contemporary equipment including The One and The Big One.  And since my No Mercy is now getting old, it probably will out hook it too.  I cashed twice using it at ABC Nationals.  Nothing miraculous, but then that was not the ball.  But I did get some money back.  The backend reaction on this ball is fantastic and again the older reactive resin coverstock never gives up.

My partner has been averaging over 200 (as high as 227) for over 37 years straight and his Tidalwave Wipeout Sparkle hooks too much for him.  He's still throwing his Ebonite Reactive 8 Ball.

This line of balls is good and they are still good.  I'm with inslyx, the Wipeout is the best of the bunch.

Lefty0803,

Your ignorance is showing.  It has been said, " It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt".  You should be silent on subjects you obviously know nothing about.

This is the ball he is looking for: http://bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=627

This is the one you are talking about: http://bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=628

Even at that rate, the sparkle is FAR from a spare ball. One of the better balls out at that time and still capable of shooting good numbers on the right conditions.

It is a waste of money, and I'd enjoy seeing you get stuck for 200 bucks.  LoL.  Learn to adapt big boy, no need to get hostile over a spare ball.

You're simply retarded.  How would I be 'stuck' for $200 if I was the one who OFFERED to pay the $200?  Reading is fundamental.  I have no trouble adapting, I enjoy using this ball, not only because I believe it's a good, versatile ball, it has sentimental value to me as well, regardless of the scoring capabilities with it.  Thank you for worrying this much about how much I spend my money on. Then again, you are just a little kid who does worry about what others do with their money - IE, your profile..

You attacked him first. I like how you took everything out of your profile now. There's no reason to insult him for looking for an old ball that he wants. There's a nostalgic factor included most likely and maybe he just loved his old one.

Grow up kid, don't expect to make a smart remark and not be confronted. I love how you also deleted all of your posts. Real mature kid.

How would you feel if he came into your post wanting an EPX saying "Who would want that piece of junk. It'll just crack after 10 games blah blah blah". If you feel that it's worth what you want to pay, then it's worth it to you. If he feels the Tidal Wave Wipeout is worth $200 for its rarity, than he's entitled to pay that much for it.

I never attacked.  I gave my opinion, and I also don't let morons comments bother me, like "200 bucks for a cracked piece of junk."  It's not against the law or anything.  Epoxy is the new future.  I took a look at your bowling video and as a lefty myself, I have to say that you're horrible.  You're 300 lbs swinging a tiny bowling ball.  LOL  But then again, if you have the time to read and look for my posts, examine my profile.  I can understand why you're so heavy.  Loser, don't forget ammo when you come to a fight.  LoL

Quoted just in case he deletes this post.

WOW, what an immature person.  Lefty, you must be very insecure.  Its OK, bowl your games, use your new equipment.  No one cares.  The words from a teenager such as you make a bad name for all young people that participate or want to participate in such a forum.

But be aware, the world is a bigger meaner place and full of more experienced people then you have ever experienced.  And one day, hopefully if you are lucky to survive that long outside your mommy and daddy's house, you will realize how immature you have been.

By the way, if your high school has a debate team, join it.  Then you will learn how to debate an argument properly.  The faceless internet doesn't count for anything.

Haha, this guy is the typical internet junkie.  Whenever you say anything to the contrary, he spouts off with the "I'm ignoring you!" dribble, then when you think finally, you post something else and low and behold, he's first to respond.  So, basically he has nothing better to do.  It's also funny that he's changed his profiles several times since he started bashing my post about how I wanted to spend MY money, simply because I commented that bowling low/mid 600 isn't God-like at his age, like he'll lead you to believe.  Now, he's changed it to mid/high.  He's obviously got a long ways to go, I just thank you for keeping my post at the top, when i'm not around to 'top' it.  Thanks little man.

I just clicked on this to see what ball it was about, but was rapidly drawn in for the entertainment value.  Wanting to spend your money on a ball is your business alone...and I can understand wanting to spend $200 on a ball that is proven to you and carries sentimental value.

Lefty, please do me a favor and do one of two things. 1.) Post a video of yourself IN THIS POST so that others can dissect the problems with your game while understanding your apparent "mastery" of the english language; or 2.) understand that making fun of people is not the point of this website and delete your account doing us all a favor.

BTW, I'm neither left handed or 300 pounds...so perhaps you will find no grounds upon which to form an attack on me.

HAHA! Some how he had us "ignored" and made it a point to let people know several times that he's ignored us, but some how he's the first to respond each day.  Which is it?
