Infinite, No Limit, or SR300
« on: October 18, 2006, 09:44:44 AM »
I need a honest opinion on these 3 balls because I get one of them for the league i'm in. I already have The One and I love it. How do they compare to it?

The Infinite One is obviously the stongest. I'm not sure if the No Limit is stronger than the SR300, but I believe it is.

Overall strongest Infinite one.
Both SR 300 and No limit complement each other in ball reaction. The SR 300 goes long and delivers energy late. It is an ideal ball to switch to when you feel that the lane does not fit the stronger balls' potential, e. g. when the heads break away or a track starts to open. The high RG and the medium differential help you get though on later games, even though the ball still needs some oil to work. Great on lighter to medium conditions.
The No Limit is a differential monster, and I guess (I haven' played one, just judging from the design) that it is better suited for oily/longer patterns, has a more arcing move and should be a great basis for an early rolling setup. I'd consider it a bit overall stronger than the SR 300.

No Limit is a super ball. My wife has one, long arc, great power to the pocket. She mostly uses it on med to heavier med, not true heavy oil.

A team mate uses his, polished his, on lighter side of med, he's got a ton of revs so maybe that's the difference in conditions. Strange to see them, same team, one will put it away, as the other pulls it out of the bag. They seem to watch the other, as one starts not to work, they will change about the same time.

That shows you that a spot of polish and more revs make one ball work differently for different folks on the same lanes/conditions.

Maybe this has helped.
