Title: Undrilled Turbo A
Post by: Dcb5739 on January 16, 2018, 05:31:58 PM
Found a Undrilled 16 pound Turbo A (Burgundy Acyrullium) in the back of my closet approx 4 inch pin, Ball is basically the old Omega coverstock wrapped around a Turbo style core. Would it be worth drilling for todays conditions or list it for sale for some one that wishes they had 1 again

Dear Undrilled,

I don't know the Omega coverstock but I am currently using a 16 year old Ebonite Tornado solid Blue/Violet, (circa 2004).   It has some old standard Mega Bite coverstock.  It is awesome on a longer old style blended 10 to 10 with plenty of volume.

I have been making a mark in tournaments with it lately.  Surprising considering all the great modern equipment I own!

Regards,
