primal instinct
« on: February 18, 2005, 10:12:30 AM »
I was thinking of getting a heavy oil ball that outhooks my Storm Fear Factor and Morich Labyrinth(which I think hook about the same.)I'm a down and in player and usually go over 5.I've heard good things about Primal Instinct but I'm not sure if it would be any different from my other two balls. What do you think?

Well...I've actually heard the primal instinct is a dud and has no hook or hit. Thats what my friends tell me. IF you really want to stay with ebonite I heard the Xcels are real nice. There are many other options out there to though. I'll let some others post.

Okay, thanks.I've heard that too but the majority have been good things.I'm looking for a ball that is a big hooker and hooks mainly on the backends.I've been on sport conditions the last couple weeks so the ball would have to be controllable.

The XCEL Particle is the ball you want for heavy oil. It's a great hitting ball and it hooks a ton.
