well, i have to say that this ball was good in the beginning, but it doesn't progress as you do. i bought my hammer lite off of a friend for $10, and i loved this ball at first. there was no stopping me. i hit my mark almost everytime...but i was a beginnier. as i progressed and changed my style, my hammer started missing more and more. but this ball has great hook and bite. this is a good investment if you find it.
