Blue Hammer Lite?
« on: December 18, 2010, 04:06:07 AM »
Anybody every heard of one of these? I cannot find any info at all about it. It looks like a regular Blue Hammer except it says Lit under the hammer.

I think this ball had a pancake core versus the traditional Hammwer weightblock. Someone here will correct or clarify. It's the same coverstock.

I think it was 12 and under because of the change of core design used for the lighter weights.

I haven't checked it yet but at least 14lbs. But I could be wrong. I will take to the shop tomorrow. I bought it for $1.50 at a thrift store today. Might be a good ball for my kid

Hammer Lite's were less than 12lbs. Basically what they did to get top weight was make the shell much thicker under the label. At the time they came out my wife was throwing 10lb and had Blue,Purple,Blue Pearl and Pink Hammer Lites
