The Indigo Blue 3D Offsett Maxxx?
I just found one in my storage, still fits great on it's second drill. It even looks like it has a coat of wax on it from one of the brunswick polishing machines. All that golden mica....shining and glistening. Ohh I can't wait to throw it again!

I remember mine. What a great ball. Too bad it was 16lb. Ball was as good as my 3-D High Rev, just a bit stronger! Wish I would have drilled it up different, but the ball did take polish well and was very versatile. Don't see too many of them around these days. Good luck with yours!

... How can you have anything but bad results with the 3D Offset series of balls????
Actually.....and it's my opinion from seeing people throw them and from what I've heard.....the Super Hook was probably not that much to par. Never shot a game with one, but I liked, in order, the Hi-Rev, Super Flip, Maxxx and the Tour. All were great reacting balls!! Super Hook just never got my blood flowing to throw it. Don't know why. Probably due to the bad words I received about it.
Around here, people had good success with them all except the Super FLip and the Super Hook. The Super Hook was just too strong and needed far too much oil, but that's just a guess on my part. The blue Super Flip was a victim of what I call, The Brunswick Syndrome. Brunswick made such great oilers for so long that people assumed every ball they put out would handle any amount of oil and hook more than the next ball. The Super Flip was for dry, needed dry to make a big backend "flip"; yet most people tried to use it on too much oil. They were bound to be disappointed, and they were.
The Blue Maxx was a very strong oiler for medium heavy oiled lanes. It went sort to long fo ran oiler, but hooked a lot. It handled more oil than the SLedge Hammer. Pretty duo by themselves.
