Wouldn't that just be common sense? Even on Ebay, say you buy something and pay with a cheque or money order for example. They're not going to ship you the item without having the method of payment verified first.

Kid .. I think you are missing the point here ..the writer is trying to say .. the end of a transaction is decided by the SELLER .. in your case the person running the raffle! Only he knows when evrything is ready to move to the next level.

Huh?  I was just pointing out that $15 isn't insignificant to me like some are saying it should be.  You went off on a completely different tangent.

Sorry man, don't try that one.  Why?  Because you spent that oh-so important 15 bucks on a gamble.  If it was really THAT significant to you because you don't have money to throw away...well, you did JUST that so you'd obviously have a little mental problem.  So don't try the "I don't have much money, it's important to me" routine.  We all know that you're raising a fit because it's the concept that you're pissed off and want some kind of revenge, be it legal action or 15 bucks or just generally raising hell about it.

I'm not missing the point.  I understand what you are saying.  You aren't understanding me.  If the seller had put in the rules that he has final discretion on when the raffle will be held I wouldn't have a problem at all.  All I'm saying is that the rules he set were far too vague and when dealing with other people's money the rules should have been clear cut and set in stone.  I am having a hard time understanding why you can't grasp what I am saying.

Weird I never said I don't have much money, it's the principal of the matter, sir.  And not I'm not looking for revenge, just my 15 bucks back because of what I have been saying all along.  Revenge would be what some of you other jerks are doing and going on other posts to constantly try to drag my name through the mud because you obviously have nothing better to do.  I'm not showing disrespect to anyone and I haven't been name calling like alot of you so where any of you get off jumping on this thread and running your mouth about me is totally beyond me.

Kid .. explain to me EXACTLY what are you looking to accomplish? I am guilty of continuing this ..the best thing to do is ignore the comments and let it DIE. My goal was to attempt to get you to understand that you are ABSOLUTELY WRONG .. you are making a point that the NUMBERS should have been for the day that someone claimed to BUY the last group of numbers .. why did you ASSUME they were PAID for? None of us could say definitely that they WERE paid for! When NUT got back on and signaled full payment . the raffle was on. If you want to continue to BEAT A DEAD HORSE .. you lost me. Good luck on your other entry .. I'm almost hoping you WIN!

Agree to disagree I suppose.  You don't get my point and I am honestly tired of hearing the same thing over and over from you and others.  I totally understand what you are saying I'm just saying that the rules were very poorly written.  For that alone I don't understand how you can tell me I am ABSOLUTELY WRONG.  I'm not even arguing the fact that the ball should be given to me, honestly he can drilling 100 holes in it for all I'm concerned.  I am just asking him for my entry back for the reasons I have stated in past responses.  It's impossible to argue with someone once they have chosen a side so I am done.  If I have anything else to say it'll be to NUT in a PM.  I'm off to get a couple suits for work, take care.
