You said the drawing will be held the night AFTER all the spots are filled.  All the spots were filled LAST night which was the 8th so therefore I win the drawing because the night after, tonight the 9th, was 781.  Send me a message and I'll give you my shipping info.  Thanks!

He is the one holding the raffle and he has to confirm the spots are filled and paid for. He confirmed it tonight, therefor the drawing is tomorrow night.

Easy for you to say because you lost... Rules are rules I don't see where I am sounding like a "brat".  I don't see anything about confirmed or anything else... you're trying to use that as a loophole so you have another shot to win.

I never looked... I just assumed you were in it because if you weren't it probably wasn't your place to comment on the rules.  My bad friend.

lol ... I can definitely see where he's coming from, and if I were in his shoes, I'd probably be complaining to.  However, im4x4nut is in charge of the raffle, so I think he reserves the right to make the call ...

Yeah they all work the same way... you posted the rules at the beggining and they are followed.  Of course no one else is complaining, there's only one winner.  That's kind of a no brainer isn't it?

There have been times when I was in a raffle and if we had went with the same night I would win. But im4x4nut confirmed the spots were filled tonight and stated the drawing would be tomorrow night and that should be that.

If he says we are going off of tomorrow nites drawing then thats his call, no one elses.  Get over it.  You still have the same chance as everyone else in the raffel does. I just bought the last spot to help get the drawing going.  So wait till tomorrow nite like everyone else.

I totally agree 100% that it's his decision.  I don't agree that it is right and definately not very honorable.  I'm not going to bash im4x4nut though because he hasn't replied to this yet and will more than likely do the right thing and honor the rules he set at the beggining.  When you are dealing with other people's hard earned money that definately makes this a priority of his to update it every night.  Because he didn't there's now a discrepency and one that should be solved by simply following the rules.  I would have a hard time believing anyone in the auction would object to it, especially because either way there is only going to be one pissed off person.  Either me or the person who would have won tomorrow, the rest won't give a crap if that makes sense.  So why not just honor the original rules posted?

I'm still having a difficult time seeing where all this confirming stuff is in the rules.  All I see is that once the spots are filled, which they were on the 8th, the raffle will be the next night.  I don't see how that is so hard to understand.  Regardless I have to work tomorrow so I'm going to bed.  I'll deal with this tomorrow when I get home which will be after 10pm est.
