We will offer 50 (fifty) spots FREE. One spot per person.   If all spots
are not claimed within five (5) days of posting, we reserve to right to
sell the remaining spots to fill the raffle. Once all
spots are sold & verified, the winner will be determined by the Ohio Lottery 3-Digit Number drawing the next evening (not mid-day drawing). The website

NEW RULE ON DRAWING DATE: If a two raffles should fill and be scheduled
for the same date, the last one filled will be scheduled the following day
so that we do not have multiple drawings on one day.

If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...
