All you need is a SIM from any carrier, slip it in and your good to go.
Only selling because I need money for next semester of college. My loss, definitely your gain. The phone does have some scratches, simply from regular use.
I am selling it for $150+shipping. Includes EVERYTHING that was in original box, including original box.

I replied to a few PM's and there were some questions, so I figured I would post this for future reference. Just trying to help people out...
I did some serious searching on ebay, and found most used unlocked Cingular 8525's in between $220-$250. New ones were between $300-$375.
The used Unlocked Toshiba Portege G900's were mostly inbetween $400-$475. I couldnt find any new ones on ebay, so I pulled up google shopping and looked it up. There were 3 new ones, $744.95, $684.95 and $615.50.
