Just wanted to post a warning about this user. If he posts, or messages me soon telling me what is going on with our transaction then I will retract this post.

I posted a awhile back looking for a Track EMB. He messaged me telling me he had one for trade. I told him what I had and we agreed on a trade, an Ebonite Apex Aggression (which was used, thumb was plugged once, and he was notified of it) and $20. I shipped the ball on June 13th, with $20 cash in the thumb hole. It arrived at his address on June 17th at 3:07pm. He never messaged me letting me know he got it. I sent a few messages asking if he got it, and when he was going to send the EMB. He notified me that he was "on vacation" and he would have his maid send it. OK, fine. I told him just to make sure that I am notified of the tracking number, as I notified him of the one I shipped. Still nothing. I realize the ball only arrived there 8 days ago, but he has posted a few things in the wanted/for sale room. If he can do that why not return my messages?

This is just a warning to other users. I understand people have things happen and it can take awhile. So once I recieve the tracking number and the ball arrives I will repost about a positive transaction with him.

Has any one that has got ripped off by this guy {so called Matt Wagar or aka Wagner} called yet?  Both phone numbers, address are within 19 feet of each other!!        810-385-0932 or 810-385-3358

Matt,

You are starting to go about this the wrong way. You need to do something to redeem yourself. I do not want to call your house. All I want is what as promised. I am actually willing to settle for a used EMB XF, as opposed to the EMB solid NIB.
There are a few people on here very angry about some of the things you have done, and you can get in alot of trouble. Fraud. That is nothing to play with. Now it has been a month, and if you did send the ball it should have gotten here by now. You should be at the post office really going off about it.

Make it right Matt. You should not carry this on any longer.

a) If you really sent the balls out, then provide tracking numbers as well as who you have spoken with at the responsible office for the lost in transit claims.

b) Whether the address is 6063 or 6067 is not entirely relevant to the discussion. Your lack of comment about the name attached to the address is suggestive of an intent to deceive- or are the YABA records also wrong?  

c) The fact that you are only responding after more specific locator information was posted gives the impression that you have either been reading the thread all along or you got reamed by your family after a phone call was placed earlier today.

d) You need to be aware of consequences that attach to your actions.  Even if you are underage, people could push for criminal sanctions based upon your actions here.

I have been messaged by xxxpip and now stone9.

xxxpip has his address now, and is supposed to send a money order for the ball on Saturday.

Hey EXCALIBER, I got a message sent  from Matt telling me he did not give you the wrong address, guess he also ment Doug Sterner, as you both had the same one, and it is not where he lives per the records. He also told me to mind my own business and to shut up.
