Post by: Barbarian2990 on September 23, 2007, 07:36:22 AM
I just got a black widow pearl with pin under ring and i was thing what i could get to go above it and below it.with a nice smooth reaction. i was thinking widow solid/heavy widow pearl/med doom/light or would a blue vibe be better.THANKS 4 any suggestions

I would go with an Anger above and from what i've seen from my Cherry Vibe with a weak(er) layout on it, it will suffice on the lighter stuff.

I would say

Anger
BWP
Cherry Vibe

Note that I've never actually thrown the Anger, but it looks great!  The Blue Vibe is greater straighter but the Cherry Vibe gives me much more area when the lanes dry up and I need to play deep.

I would also agree that an Anger is above a BWP...but depending on surface preps you could have a bigger hole between the two than I would personally like to have.  If you have the BWP's surface scuffed then it could work, but in box condition I found the BWP a good amount weaker than my aging Black Widow.

Depends on what you want...more midlane or backend ?

Anger is more midlane more 'arcy' than the NM or the BW. It's a great ball, just a bit different from the other two.

Doom is another good ball and the Cherry Vibe, for the price, is a tough one to beat.

IMO a good line

NM or BW
BWP
Cherry Vibe

Want to go a bit cheaper:

Anger or Pain
BWP
Cherry Vibe

Also depends if you match up better with symmetrical or asymmetrical.  I like the Hammer symmetrical pieces.
