hammer onyx & burn roll sweet
« on: May 24, 2009, 02:07:52 PM »
EVERYONE, YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOVE THE TWO. Better yet. The two actually match up well  with each other.

Drilling used for both 5 x 4.5, the BURN pin up with 3.5" pin and the ONYX pin down with 1.75" pin.

They both roll well. The BURN comes off the corner/dry strong. The great thing was that it is cleaner through the mid's than I expected. The Onyx gets down the lane much cleaner than the blue vibe and rolls heavy. For those of you looking to replace our favorite blue vibe. You have found the ball.

Updates will follow on both balls plus the Widow STING!

Burn update: Off the fresh 40ft THS this became Skid flip off the dry. The ball however is more versatile as the lanes transition and gets stronger as you move deeper. Also, tried to play the twig and up with some success but struggled on the corners. Will move to play a little bump tomorrow. Update to follow.
