Hello bowling family. I just picked up the Viral Hybrid(got it in a trade). I need to know what I can get rid of in my arsanal so I can add this to my bag. I did not get it punch yet. I am two hander and I am new.
I hear some people on hear say they got a ball punched up and it's there swiss army knife. Is that a certain way the ball is punched up and if so what is it called,or its just there favorite ball. Thank you ahead of time.

Based on the balls listed in your signature, it's not a replacement for any of them. Plays under the Solid version and above the urethane. Your PSO would need to help layout the ball.

Agree with above, dont get rid of anything
take the RL and the Viral solid with you to the proshop
Let them give you some advice on layout so its different than what you have
Remember though - ball surface is 50% of all ball motion.
2 of same ball, same layout - can be far different if 1 is polished and 1 is dull (say 1000)

If I'm not mistaken the cover accounts for 70% (Tamer Bowling & Others).
