Arson low flare solid
« on: April 06, 2015, 02:19:37 PM »
Looking at this ball as a possible replacement for my aging IQ Tour solid.  Anyone throw both or have any thoughts.  I have had great luck with the IQ, but have since picked up a couple of Hammer balls ( Cobalt Vibe and BW Legend ) that I really like.  I wouldn't mind if the Arson was a bit tamer of spot than the IQ.

I have thrown the ALF Solid for a while since it came out (being on staff) and have played with the IQ Tour Solid (a buddy of mine) and I see that the ALF Solid is little cleaner through the fronts with more continuation (tamer) in the backends than the IQ Tour (Surface was 2000 w/ lane shine).

Both are great balls for each company & have a place in most bowlers arsenals. So based on what you are looking for, the ALF Solid would be that compliment to your IQ Tour.

Hope this helps... Let me know if you have any other questions regarding the Hammer brand!
