First Hammer

I recently drilled the first Hammer i have ever owned or thrown period, a Jigsaw Trap. Always been a Storm or Brunswick guy, had a fair amount of success with them. Have drilled balls for quite a few people that swore by Hammer, but i had never really been interested. When the original Jigsaw came out, i saw it do something i hadnt seen a ball do before, i had never seen such a clean, strong, powerful backend transition before. I have seen plenty of balls that were cleaner, sharper, or more powerful but not all at the same time. All this contributes to a backend movement resulting from the ball retaining a much higher than average amount of energy through the heads and midlane. Likewise, i was very impressed with what i saw out of the Corner, and when i saw the Trap, i had to try it. Besides just being the most visually appealing ball ive ever seen, i was even more impressed with it than the Jigsaw. I threw it when we hosted an Ebonite brands demo days, and drilled one a couple weeks ago. It really appears to me like the ball is revving through the midlanes without actually hooking. It is rolling heavy and gaining momentum, but glides through the mids. I havent thrown a ball i had more confidence in with respect to all aspects of ball motion. Im not worried about it getting through the heads, sliding through the breakpoint, losing energy, hitting weak, being sensitive, nothing. It also might be the most versatile ball i have thrown, with a few small adjustments, i can play anywhere on the lane with it. Still zeroing in on the sweet spot at the house i bowl at, but ive only thrown a couple sets so far, my most recent being 300/748. Very impressed, Hammer will be my company of choice.

That''s just like, your opinion, man.
