What ball do you guys like most on medium to medium heavy lanes...This is a house shot...Considering the Bite, BWS, No Mercy? or anything else
also how are the bws and bites holding up, are they high maintenance and any quick loss of reaction

Blue Vibe @ 1500 to 2000. It's at least a light medium ball at OB finish.

The Cell. Best ball in the market today. The last two weeks in league shot 769 and 748. Both weeks could easily have been 800's if not for some mental mistakes.

In reality, everything that you mentioned would be great for the condition described. I second the notion that the Blue Vibe would work with some cover adjustment. The Anger is another ball you might consider. Both of these would simply be a little more bang for your buck.
The question really becomes what kind of a shape you'd like to see out of the new ball. The Black Widow series will provide a little more length and backend than the others, the NM being earlier and rollier, as with the Blue Vibe and the Anger.
Keep in mind that whatever you purchase, cover changes go a LONG way. I'm confident that you could make any one ball in the Hammer line suitable for most conditions based on coverstock adjustment.
