I tried out my Bite tonight and I wish that I purchased another BW solid instead. This ball is an oiler.... It will be good only on heavy conditions for me.

The "cracking problems" have been circulating via the Internet. There's some posts that appear to be made by some Brunswick slappies that started the rumor. It appears to be BS.

This time of year anything will crack if it's been frozen in some truck.

I was thinking that any ball is subject to cracking no matter what company it is from.

I really like mine 1've only used it a few times. It dose hook about 3-4 more then a BW solid. I am not a hammer guy at all. This is the first hammer I've had scents the snot green vicious. I can say I did drill mine weaker its 6" from my pap and about 60 degrees with the MB. I would agree it dose every thing hammer says it will and need some oil up front.

My Bite is about 5 boards stronger than my Solid is, and they are drilled similar. Granted the Solid is a year old, but it's still got great reaction. It's recovery and aggressiveness is very impressive for sure.

Excellent ball.
