Hammer Vicious...
« on: August 08, 2007, 03:08:41 PM »
Just picked up a Vicious.
It is not listed on Hammer's site, under retired balls.
Any info available?

TIA

BTM ratings gave it great marks across the board for heavy and medium oil.
RG      Diff    Torque  Length  Backend    Total hook
3.20   8.3   5.5   5.0   13.0      56

Massive amount of hook for a reactive ball.

J_Mac,

I have the Yellow & Green Particle Vicious.
Not the reactive.
Didn't find it listed on the site?
Thanks.

One of the louder balls you'll run across... http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=1603

BTM ratings for the particle version were a little lower for medium oil, but just as strong on oil.
RG      Diff    Torque  Length  Backend    Total hook
3.20   7.8   6.0   6.0   13.0      54

Couple notches lower than the reactive version for total hook, but I bet it rolls much better in oil.
