I just picked up a scandal.
Now need a ball below it. Looking for a more skid/flip reaction. Was thinking the red legend pearl. But, would the rebel be better?
I feel like I have been hosed with a few new balls lately. With the manufacturers stating "big back end" and the ball is actually butter. It could be another reason I am switching back to EBI.

Red legend pearl is the one you want. The Rebel is way down there when you look at the Hammer chart. I have the scandel, Red legend pearl and the Viral solid ( I have others but thats what I take in my 3ball bag). The red legend pearl is a skid/flip ball

They both have the same cover. The Red Legend will be slightly stronger due to the core. You won't see too much of a difference between the two. I don't think you can go wrong with either one..

The RLP is slightly stronger overall than the Rebel (about 3-4 boards difference) and they both have the same coverstock. The RebeL is a special type of ball where it is angular, yet controllable at the same time due to the large core inside. I am in LOVE with the RebeL and have not thrown my RLP in a long time since the RebeL was released. The RLP for me was a little too over/under for my liking... so it is really a preference.
Both are great balls, but I would recommend the RebeL over the RLP due to the control it has!

I agree about the Rebel, that ball is really good, its 1 of a few throughout my career where I would have more than one in my bag.
track 505t was one and the GB2 is another, IMO of course
