Black Widow Pearl?
« on: May 12, 2008, 12:53:11 AM »
I do not seem to see much discusion on this ball here in the forums.  I am wondering if many of you are throwing this ball and if so, what do think of it?  Or is there a reason I am not seeing much discussion on it?

Thanks,
Lon

I throw the Black Widow Pearl, but not too often.  I usually use mine on a second shift after I use my cherry vibe.  It works pretty good for me, it's just weaker than I thought it would be.  It works out though, because the Cherry Vibe was stronger than I thought it would be.

Sorry for this post.  It seems as though someone else asked the same question and I missed it.
This thread can be deleted if need be.

Thanks,

The Black Widow Pearl is crap incarnate, the cherry vibe is really a better choice, and much cheaper.

Didn't like the pearl. It's all about the solid.

I have found my BWP to be earlier than any other Hammer I have thrown, even in box condition. I threw a 299 with mine at state, so I too think the CRAP is a bit harsh. Just has it's use.

I am now trying mine at 4000, my issue is I don't bowl on heavier conditions, so I don't need it to be any earlier. Dunno, just trying some different things with mine.

Have my mine drilled High Track and Skid Flip
goes great with my Black Widow Solid same layouts
about a 3-3 board difference between the two

I got my BWP just a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Although I keep mine with a super shine on it.
