Hammer High Rev?
« on: February 04, 2011, 09:52:15 PM »
A "secial made" for a distributor (I Believe) Hammer High Rev with a Blue/Red coverstock was made. Anyone have any info such as core/coverstock, etc.?

Thanks

Thanks, but that is not the ball in question. It has a red/blue coverstock, and was made within the last 18 months for a distributor....possibly from the PA area.

its probably privately produced like the track project is..

Only 500 or so will be made...

Most likely cuz track got rid of like their best core in their line (kinetic, 505)...and had so many customers asking for more..hammer must of had the same issue, I dont see people freaking out over the grind and the brawl at all.

Anyways, the high rev has the assault core featured in their best raw hammer balls (namely the psycho, burn, acid, and jacked) and some. other cover.

The ball has identical core specs to the Burn but the coverstock is a tad different. Both covers are listed as Shredder but the Burn cover goes a tad bit longer and is a bit more angular. The High Rev rolls up a bit sooner. My gut feeling is that it has something to do with the color pigments added to get the specific colors.

I have one set aside for a rainy day. The supplier is totally out of 15# but may have some others left.

There are still plenty floating around on ebay and such and the price is going up everyday :-)
