Hand problems
« on: October 17, 2009, 08:09:48 AM »
I am having problems with my onyx. When starting with the ball on the first game it fits really good. Then in the second and third game it seems that my hand actually feels like it is lengthened. Should I have my layout lengthened or what?

Jbart: Just had this problem. I had my span lengthened to compensate,  and now I have all kinds of pain in my wrist, so I had to go back to my original drilling. Make sure if you do stretch your layout,  its in small increments, and bowl at least 3 sets with the new layout to see how your hand/wrist adjusts to the increase in span.
