Jigsaw and Sauce Query
« on: August 10, 2009, 10:05:40 AM »
Hi all, never really used a Hammer before, but I am looking at buying my first shortly. I have been looking at the Jigsaw and the Sauce at the moment. I tend to throw balls with a stronger, earlier roll rather than snappy equipment, and prefer stronger equipment so that I can take the hook off of the ball if I need to through hand position. Of these two balls, which is the strongest as the reviews seem to suggest they are very similar, and are either of these balls very 'condition specific' in general? ANy help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Reality Check,

While these two balls are very strong for a heavy oil condition, I have to say that the Jigsaw can handle oil better, at least in my opinion. My Sauce was drilled with a 4" Pin and the Jigsaw was drilled with a 60 degree MB and a 5" pin to go with it and as long as the Jigsaw caught oil..it is an absolute beast. The Sauce will still cover a decent amount of boards but I just think the Jigsaw has a stronger cover/core combo to say the least. In conclusion, as long as you encounter oil, the Jigsaw is your friend...and it is getting rave reviews on here in the Hammer forum. Let us know how whichever one you pick works for you. Thanks and God Bless! Hope this helps...
