The Anger will hook sooner, take more oil than the Toxic, but not have as much backend as Toxic ( this all depending on the layout ) so it's kinda up to you as what do you expect from the ball and oil condition you see most of the time.
As tvphotog said, they are far apart in reactions, hard to compare apples and oranges, but again, depends on what you expect.
Personally, I never saw much need for two pearls, but some folks do and that's what this is all about, choices. I love my Toxic, have changed the cover a few times so I could see if it would take more oil and it worked fine, for me. I have a No Mercy and Toxic and can cover anything I see, but I don't see a flood or bone dry, so it's all a matter of your conditions.
