Two green monsters. I can only get one. Medium oil with a good backend, which is better for a 18-19 mph high rev player?

Epidemic will be stronger off the spot, but maybe too strong with your revs, but maybe not with your speed...
I personally would go with the Vibe, because of the pricepoint, and that it will be a less condition specific piece. I think you will find it to be the more useable of the two day in day out.
You can pretty much read nothing but praise about every Vibe ever made... they are awesome.
Looking for any 14lb Hammers, particularly older oddball stuff.
So if you have a 14lb Diesel or Vicious or Blade laying around shoot me a PM

Coach ...
I think you would get more overall use out of the Grape Vibe than the Epidemic. I have the Midnight Vibe and the numbers are close to the Grape, this is the only reason I do not have both. I am a big fan of the Vibe series and a lot of people have been surprised how much performance you can get out of this ball. I took a peek at your equipment and I think a Vibe would fit right in there on medium oil and a good backend.

Go with the Vibe. It's nearly as strong as the Epidemic but will be more controllable and predictable with the high revs/higher speed.
My Arsenal (as of February 2012)
Heavy Oil: Roto Grip Defiant: 3000 AB
Medium-Heavy Oil: Track 919C: 3000 AB

my epidemic is way to strong, dissapointed in it and if I could go back on my choice I would go for the vibe as well.
another option would be a polished arson.I picked up one and polished it and the ball is fantastic!
The harder I try the harder they fall

Thanks a lot, guys! Ball is in the mail.

Coach,
As a user of the Grape Vibe and a fairly high speed/rev player, I second everything you've read and support your purchase. For medium oil, you may need to adjust the surface, but it's a beauty!

Everybody needs a Grape Vibe in their bag...the ball is THAT good.
The Epidemic is REALLY strong no matter how you drill it. Your rev rate will make the ball bounce HARD off the spot...especially with your speed. The ball will not slow down enough before it hits the dry and it will check off really hard.
Great luck with the Vibe. In case you have not noticed, there have been VERY few Grape Vibes for sale in the for sale forum...there are Epidemics in there all of the time...that normally is a testament to the quality of the ball.
