Finally saw Jigsaw Corner
« on: January 26, 2010, 04:41:06 AM »
I watched a southpaw throw it on a used lighter league pattern. He was standing with his right foot against the ball return and throwing across the second arrow (left side), and the ball was coming back with authority.. but it didn't seem too much different then my magic action. I can't speak on the conditions he was on.. as he was the only lefty. I can say he was 5 boards deeper then he was playing with his nasty. The guy is a power player.. lots of speed, lots of revs, and pretty accurate. He ended up shooting 258 with it out of the box the second game. I will reserve judgement on it until I see him start out with it. It did have a pretty viscious backend though, and I swear he carried some bs hits!

Hmm..Lets see what I have in this bag..Magical Action, a Nasty Spider, a very Sharp Noise, and a Spare Track.. how can I loose....

....HG-300(2006 w/Desert Heat)...299 (03/15/09 w/Agent Orange)...HS-776 (Hot Sauce Pearl & Ebonite Magic)

BTM (Feb. 2010 issue) just gave it a 7.5 for torque (Breakpoint sharpness), which is the highest they've ever given a ball. The new 900Global also got a 7.5. It also got a 17 for backend, which is very high, same as the new Storm Invasion.

I have had mine for awhile.  Its really a very strong ball.  The only problem I am having is with the color.  Its very hard, at least for me, to get a good read off the ball going down the lanes.  I also had the same problem with some of the other hammer releases.

I've seen a few now and I'm really impressed with it.  I've heards some folks calling it the "Anti-Mutant".  I punched one up this past weekend and had a pretty good look on a 6-1 ratio 42 ft pattern this past weekend.  Threw it tonight for games 2 and 3 of league...shot a 300 with it in game 2.  Funny thing was the other corner that we drilled got someone else in my league a 300 as well.  I've gotten a bunch of questions on the ball.  Seems to be causing a bit of a buzz already at my house.
