Whomever drilled him this ball either drilled the wrong ball or drilled it incorrectly.  I've got a NM with around 35 games on her with zero loss of reaction.  Another example of today's "hook-in-a-box" ball purchaser.

I'm thinking the pin is to close to his pap.what is the layout and his pap, very important to know the pap with this ball.if you want to I would use some power house final finish polish on it to see if it helps.

Put ebonite factory finish polish on it and he will be fine.I will add more length to it.

He'd be better off with an honest polish instead of a compound polish.  The NM comes OOB at, what, 1000-grit?  2000-grit?  Those will be similar to a compound finish, especially 2000-grit (this from Brunswick's Rough Buff stock finish).  Using a gritless polish will give more length whereas the compound finish will probably still give too much midlane read.
