Hammer ball warranty?

Do you need to send in the hammer product warrany card or is just hanging on you receipt for the ball enough? Thanks

I think this is going to vary with who you purchased the ball through. 

Online retailers may want you to dot the i's and cross all the t's for them, after all, it's not like they're as concerned with losing a customer like a small brick and mortar shop should be.

What I've experienced locally is a shop that has a very good relationship with both the distributors and company reps.  He takes care of everything, and I've rarely heard of him asking for a receipts...
