Scandal coverstock, with what looks like a Gas Mask core on steroids. That ball looks like it is a beast, though slightly lower on the FCC rating than the Scandal. Makes you wonder why the core/cover combo is weaker when you compare the two.

Adam Barta used it in league tonight. Beast might be an understatement. That ball eats oil. He only used that ball so no side by side comparisons. His team's leadoff guy was using a box finish Tyrant the last game and a half and Adam was WELL left of him...

Don't know the drills...sorry.

So they use Crisco on the lanes there?

Yeah must be nice.  One house I bowl in HYROAD's are too much ball for anyone with an once of game.

Yeah, the place is the nicest house in our area BY FAR, is all synthetics, and the owner actually cares about his bowlers. Runs a sport pattern league on Monday nights for the better bowlers as well that is very challenging. Also usually has a sport shot tourney every other month.

Lots of oil. Pattern usually holds up well.

A few Jackal LEs are used, guy beside me last night had to put down is normal ball and go to his Hyper Cell (original solid) because there was so much oil.

Can't wait to throw this soon... I heard that it is 4-5 boards stronger overall than the Tyrant - which is scary good to hear!

Only problem, there is not enough oil in my area to use it other than a few PBA regionals coming up on Chameleon and a few long pattern sweepers tourneys...

The EBI brands are putting out some great stuff... if you have a chance to check out a Demo event near you, I would definitely participate in it and check out the new gems from EBI brands.

DJGOOK - I'm sorry that I might be a little excited for this new release from Hammer.  A new asymmetrical ball that I might be able to use - I absolutely love the Tyrant and when I heard this news, I was a tad excited to hear about this new ball.

I will provide a review when I throw this ball on a few patterns after I receive it in the near future.

While not quite a video 'clip', Shannon Pluhowsky was throwing it yesterday on Athens at the TeamUSA Trials. Looks really good. She did throw it on the live stream.
