If you had to build a 4 ball Hammer arsenal what would it be? Build one including the Hammer Raw Anger which i already have. (16.5 MPH, medium revs, like to have aggressive back ends). Thanks guys!

U gotta have at lest one Black Widow.... prob the bit. Get a doom and get a Cherry Vibe and u are set

I would say get a
black widow bite
black widow pearl
cherry vibe
--------------------
If at first you don't succeed use a bigger ball.

I'm going with the Raw series. I don't want to replace balls every 100 games. I have about the same speed and same reaction as you. I have the Sharp Blade right now (great ball) needs to be retired soon. I just really like it. Still performing well too. I would say at least 700-800 games on it!
Anger
Toxic
vibe
spare ball

Hammer Sharp Blade
Hammer Toxic
I'm thinking I might take that new chick from Logistics. If things go well I might be showing her my O-face. "Oh... Oh... Oh!" You know what I'm talkin' about. "Oh!"

Since you like aggresive backend move this is what I would suggest.
Black Widow Bite (very aggressive in the backend) or NO MERCY (not the beatn)
Anger
Doom/Bwp
Blue Vibe

Get rid of the Anger and get
Bite 1
Bite 2
Solid
Cherry Vibe
But if you must keep it
Anger
Solid 1
Solid 2

Anger - great midlane read
Bite - big backend
BW Pearl - more length
BV - lighter oil
-
I like this lineup:
Anger
Bite
BW Pearl
Vibe
My question is, is the blue vibe going to be aggressive on lighter stuff? If not, should i go with the cherry? Also, will the cherry be to close to the BW pearl for a 4 ball arsenal?

Yes the BV is strong on light oil. CV would be better because of the length it has over the Blue. Yes, the CV will be close to the BWP. No need to have 2 pearls with similar reactions and strong backends. Have a Bite with a long pin up layout and a solid with a pin down. Then put in a CV.

I would recommend:
BW Bite
Anger
BW Pearl or Cherry Vibe
something for lighter oil(will have to go other than Hammer)
I have all of these balls. The BW Pearl and Cherry Vibe are very similar. Also, the Cherry Vibe is a very strong ball and could be too much for dry lanes, as this was the problem for me. I love my Hammer stuff, but I had to go get a tropical storm for a second shift league I bowl where the lanes can get pretty dry.

Always trying to learn more about the game and make myself better.

I would go this way:
Black Widow Bite (huge...just huge, and all the backend you'll need)
Anger
Doom (Awesome all around medium ball)
Blue Vibe (drilled WEAK if you plan on using it on dry.)
As far as Hammer goes though, whatever you go with you really can't seem to go wrong right now. Each ball I throw seems to be my favorite. Haven't had one that I don't like yet.

Do you think the Widow Pearl would be too much on lighter oil? If so, go with a blue vibe?
-
I personally could not throw my Pearl on dry. You really can't go wrong with either one of the vibes, but the blue for me is just a little more fogiving, and versatile is an understatement.
On a side note, the vibes are MUCH stronger than advertised, so don't put drilling them weak out of your mind. Don't worry, they'll move.

well i had almost given up on the anger on heavy stuff until tonight, i brought it down to 500 grit and i could not be more happier, looks like this thing will be in the bag for awhile. As for the rest of the bag, i think I'm going to with with this setup..
- Anger
- Bite
- BW Pearl
- Blue Vibe
look good?
-
Looks good to me.

I think that looks like a solid arsenal. You should be able to cover a ton of different patterns with those.
Let us know what you think of the new bowling balls when you get a chance to roll them. I think your going to be a little surprised with how the Blue Vibe will react.

Anger
Black Widow Solid OR Black Widow Bite
Black Widow Pearl OR Doom
Cherry Vibe OR Toxic

would i be making a mistake by drilling a blue vibe strong?
-
how is your current anger drilled...quickly scanned over the post again, but didn't see it?
If all the stuff in you line up is drilled strong, then you might be able to get away with a strong drill on the vibe. however, if you want it to be for "light" or "dry" i would drill it to go long and weak. I was VERY surprised by how much i could swing this ball with a 5 1/4" pin to axis drilling on it.
