You have plenty of equipment, so I don't think that's your problem.  What kind of lanes do you bowl on?  Does the head oil hold up?

You want to go around the carry down one way or the other.  If you have decent hand and can come around it some, take something strong and move your feet and target in about an arrow.  You should have plenty of head oil, the break point should be fresh, and the strong ball and axis rotation should create enough angle to carry.  The other option is to move everything way right with something weaker.  As long as your house puts some oil outside of 5, you can sometimes have a great look straight down the ditch.  Again, your break point should be moved away from the carry down.

Everything will affect the lanes.  Open play, you, other bowlers...  Open play tends to be the worst since usually you have people throwing plastic balls down the middle.  I'd be willing to bet that your break point needs to be 5-10 when it's fresh.  Once the carry down hits, that's no longer effective.  That's why you need to go around it.  All the big flaring balls have deposited oil on the lane where your ball is wanting to make it's move.  If you're a cranker, moving your feet and target inside is probably your best bet.  If you only move your feet, your ball will still make it to the same break point and won't help.  You want to keep your ball just inside of that.  Something with a little surface would probably be a good idea.  Take either your solid Black Widow or Black Cherry Bomb and try either 2000 or 1000 abralon sanded.  It should still be smooth enough to not chew up the head oil too fast, and still have enough pop at the break point.
