Plaque vs Pure Physics
« on: June 03, 2010, 06:40:13 AM »
I love what Ebonite has done last few balls with C300 and Hammer, I used them both. Just curious how these two balls will compare. I see they both are for heavy oil and both at 2000k,becuz to me the Total Bedlam was very strong in heavy oil and under rated

I'm glad you asked this because I'm looking at the same decision.  I love my Total Bedlam, and put the Full Swing Core inside an upgraded version of that cover and wham, unstoppable power.

However,

Hammer has produced a core concept that I really like in the Plague.  They've done great modifications and for my style of release low RG's with high differentials work really well.  The videos Hammer posted look impressive.

Anyone out there who's thrown both, or even just the Pure Physics, please let us know!

Hey insidedrive got sum info from my pro shop guy. He said the Physics will cover more boards and be a lil more angular, and the Plaque will hook sooner and be archy. I'm like u I love my Total Bedlam as well so can't wait 2 see these 2 side by side mite jus end up getting them both lol

I hear you on getting them both, it's definitely an addiction!  I got to see the plague in person this weekend, just on the shelf and not on the lanes.  Looks awesome!  I saw the review videos online of the pure physics but the videos columbia did weren't very good.  the videos I saw of the Plague looked pretty awesome.  I don't recall the links but I'm pretty sure hammer and columbia posted them on youtube

I'm with u on that C300 did a terrible job with there videos. I'm glad I'm not type that goes by videos, cuz if did I wudnt be interested. Not knocking bowler she is very good wish I cud be that accurate. But Hammer made there video to catch yo eye and the old guy had me rolling lol, I'll just get them both and see which one I like better gona add the Complete Bedlam as well and also mite try the Trap I tend to like the stuff more angular on backend, and I try not to limit myself on the lanes, why I normally carry about 15 balls wit me to the lanes u never know what's gona work or not.

When is the Plague released?  I was hoping to get it before the youth state tournament, but I can't find it in any catalog around here.
