Title: Hammer challenge in KC area
Post by: Doggie the Dog on October 27, 2003, 07:38:16 AM
For info go to:
www.hammerbowling.com/challenge
and search for both Kansas and Missouri- one on both sides of the state line weekend of 11/15-16.

If anybody has been to one let me know of your experiences or if there is any cost involved- I'm interested in attending one of these.

Usually costs around $10.  Cost goes towards buying a ball if you choose to do so.  They will have 6-8 balls from their current lineup, all should be 15# with a stacked drilling.  A variety of predrilled spans are available.  They have changeable inserts to fit your hand.  You won't be able to change pitches, but you can't have everything.  You get about an hour to try everything.  Staff will be on hand to help changing inserts or balls.  They also provide tape to fine tune the fit.  I didn't care for anything enough to purchase, but the Challenge was well worth the money.
