Big Rig round two....
« on: December 27, 2005, 01:02:22 PM »
I sanded the big rig down to 240 and went over it with rough buff.the reaction was better but still inconsistant to say the least.a little to fast and it would hook late, slow down a touch and going left.up the back and straight as an arrow,a little side rotation and off to the races.I think this would be a great ball for the strokers who wants to open up the lanes but for the heavy handed guys it's just too much ball.opinions?.....

Next time check the core numbers before you prucahse a certian ball.  Big Rig has unreal numbers, low Rg and high Diff.  Basically a stronger version of a V2 with alot more backend

I have a few other balls with the same type of core numbers that don't act like this ball.it's the cover that makes this ball flippy.Hammer's info on the ball is"a good all around type of ball".or something like that.just looking for opinions, not everyone is gona match up well with this ball.I have a high rev[LOVE] and a sling blade[LOVE] and I had a deisel particle that I likes alot.

mine is pin below and center of grips,cg kicked out to right,wt.hole below pap.prety much the same on my H.R.I think 1000g. sanded would do the trick but I bowl in one house where the backends are dirty and I have trouble getting anything strong enough to carry past the mids.old wood house anyways thats were I want to use this ball so maybe the smart thing to do is leave it as is and let the track burn in a bit.that has worked for me in the past....
