Big Deal vs Hawg
« on: December 05, 2005, 03:23:29 AM »
Just curious what the significant difference is
between these two balls.

The Hawg i know revs in the mid lane with a smooth arcing backend.

The Big Deal it seems revs hard in the mid lanes also but snaps int he backend.

Tell me your experience and observation of these two balls.

Thanks in advance.

A team mate of mine has both, seen him throw them in the same set and from my observation, the Hawg takes more oil, rev's faster and for him a larger hook to the pocket.

The Big Deal is more archy, probably the way he's got them drilled, not sure, but the Big Deal seems to clear the backend with more drive through the pins.

I'm sure I've confused you, but that's the last 2 weeks worth of watching him and those balls. Hawg first, later the Big Deal when the lanes transition. Hope that helped.
